The Spice Building

In 17th and 18th-Century Europe, there was huge demand for nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and pepper.

135,158 sq ft / 12,557 sq m

The Spice Building occupies a prominent position in the central courtyard, to the north of the campus, with The Cotton Building to the south east and The Merchant Building to the west.

This Grade A office building is the largest on the Devonshire Square campus. The current refurbishment includes an entire new rooftop floor and terrace together with a repositioned core, and remodeled entrance.

The building’s reception fronts on to the central courtyard, where four 21-person passenger lifts serve the substantial office accommodation. Typical floor plates are uniform in shape with excellent natural light, comprising approximately 14,000 sq ft.
